It is the project that we are most passionate about, of those plots of Albillo that are more than 60 years old and that we have liked the most in previous years, we cut their sticks and take them to our nursery that turns them into plants that we classify in our vineyard by name of the term and the town where we cut the stick, in this way we get in the same land in Hoyales de Roa, vines from different plots and towns in the Ribera, with which we carry out micro vinifications, with their own yeasts, fermentation in barrels for twelve months , with a continued batonage in its upbringing.
